We and our guests found John at Otter Valley Video very professional in his manner and exceedingly helpful. He was unobtrusive on our wedding day, we hardly knew he was there, the service he gave us during the preceding months, during our wedding day and after regarding our video were second to none, he knew exactly what he was talking about and advised us on the type of music etc.

As we were due to go on honeymoon within the following week after our wedding, John made sure we had our video within that week so we could see the results before we went away. The results are excellent, we are so glad we invited John to do our wedding video. His manner is excellent, he made everyone feel at ease and you did forget he was there. We now have a wonderful video of that day to look at and keep forever.

I would just like to say that John's service was exceptional! He was constantly in contact with us both before and after the wedding. On the actual day he popped home for an hour before coming back to film the evening and had already put together a preview of the ceremony which was such a lovely surprise! The dvd itself was amazing, a beautiful reminder of the day....we watch it even now at least twice a week! So we both think that John deserves some recognition for his brilliant work!!

John came recommended and we sought him out at the WestPoint wedding fair. The calm manner and presentation, along with the enthusiasm for his ART were the things that sold it to us. He wasn't too pushy, but explored what WE wanted and how it could be provided. Everything was professional. On the day-he was unobtrusive-we didn't even know he was there-which allowed us to be relaxed and natural. the DVD itself is fantastic. Such high quality and the menu allowed ease of access. We particularly liked the Precious Moments - so personal and of course brought tears to our eyes. The delivery of the DVD was unimaginable-2 days later! we found it on our door mat and were completely overwhelmed and excited.
Our son absolutely loves watching it and it will always have precious memories of our day and the people we love.
